Writing for yogis. Yoga for writers. In either case, the workshops seek to deepen the practice. If you’re a writer, yoga can help you rest in the mystery and follow your pen or keyboard to the next story. If you’re a yogi, writing can help you understand intention on a deeper level and take the practice from the mat into the rest of your life.

One-on-one, or with a group, these workshops are aimed at honoring where you are and getting you moving on the journey, learning tools that will grow as your practice does.
